• Experts in the Portsmouth and Southsea Market, we know the properties that have the greatest potential and can offer the highest yield. Currently averaging 6% plus long term rentals and 10% on short term
• Excellent connections with the agents and often have access to properties before they reach the market
• We have found properties for other investors who have been able to proceed with the purchase without even viewing the property and are still delighted with the yields
• We have bought many properties that have not appealed to others and refurbished then to a high specification, with wide appeal to the market
• We can help you find your next investment or a new home

Easing the purchase process

We can ease the process for you, we have excellent connections with many local estate agents and partnerships with a financial advisory company, surveyors and law firm and can connect you with people that will get the job done quickly and efficiently

Property renovation (advice and management)

• We have completed a number of renovation projects of our own and for others and can advise you the best way to make your property appeal to potential tenants or even for yourself
• We have partnerships with builders, plumbers, electricians, gas and heating engineers, kitchen suppliers and fitters, handy man and glazers and can schedule and organise works for you

We currently market and attract short term bookings for a number of our own and our client’s properties in Portsmouth and Southsea as well as some overseas properties
