We have completed a number of property renovations for clients and many of our own places and can advise you on the best way to make your property appeal to potential tenants.

At the start of the project we like to offer advice of space planning and layout, this could be anything from taking down walls to make open plan, changing the use or rooms, adding in showers, en-suites or laundry rooms, adding a chimney breast for character, converting wall voids into useful shelves, reconfiguring kitchens and bathrooms to make them more practical, appealing and user-friendly

2. Organising and coordinating contractors/project management

We have partnerships with interior designers, builders, plumbers, electricians, gas and heating engineers, kitchen suppliers and fitters, handy man and glazers and can schedule and organise works for you

3. Style and interior design 

Whether it be a quick refresh to enhance a sale or improve your booking rate, or a full refurb, we can take your ideas or desired themes and advise on a style that will suit you and make your property stand out in photographs, making it more desirable to tenants

4. Shopping for tiles, flooring, furniture, furnishings etc

We will surf the internet and look through local stores to find you the right pieces at the right prices
